Security & Visitor Management
Residents / Security can create digital gate passes for guests, delivery personnel, or cab drivers. Security only allows entry after verifying the gate pass or resident confirmation.
Yes. You’ll receive instant notifications when someone arrives. You can approve or deny entry with a single tap.
Yes, you can generate a gate pass in advance with specific validity times for planned visitors, events, or services.
Facility Booking
You can book apartment amenities like the clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, tennis court, or community hall through the app.
Go to the Amenity tab, choose an amenity, time slot, and confirm the booking. You’ll get confirmation instantly.
Complaints & Services
Go to the Complaints section, select the issue type (plumbing, electrical, etc.), describe the problem, and submit. You can also attach photos.
Yes, every complaint has a live status—Pending, Assigned, In Progress, or Resolved.
The facility manager or assigned service personnel from your apartment maintenance team will handle the issue.
Yes, every service or complaint request has a feedback section to rate and review.
Billing & Payments
Yes. You can view and pay your monthly maintenance, water, or other charges using UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking.
Absolutely. ResiGate uses secure payment gateways with encryption to protect your data.
Yes, you’ll receive a digital GST invoice / receipt instantly, and all receipts are stored in the app for future reference.
App Settings & Account
Yes, you can link multiple flats (owned or rented) under one profile.
You can log in with your registered number. If changing numbers, you must update it in the app and verify via OTP.
Yes. ResiGate adheres to industry-standard data protection and privacy policies. Your data is never shared without consent.
Property Searching & Connections
Yes, ResiGate listing the nearest location wise properties to buy / rental with direct & easy connections. Everyone can post property to reach more clients directly without any mediator.
Simply using our Hostel / PG / Service apartment / Hotels - listings, everyone can search by default location or change their desired location based. Can check the entire details & Features and can connect with owners mutually via Call / WhatsApp without a mediator.
Your Posted property / Ad is visible to everyone to connect you via Call / WhatsApp / Website. Every posted property will be visible at Free of cost for 3 days to the users. When you boost your Post using your wallet amount, clients' reach based pay only will be deducted from your wallet. Unlimited number of impressions at free of cost, Rs: 1 per details viewed and Rs: 4 per click by client to call / WhatsApp / website.
